The survey will give you an opportunity to provide input on the need or regulation of postal service to the European Commission, DG Internal Market and Services. I enclose a letter from the European Commission explaining the purpose of this research.

Therefore, the survey should be completed by a person with responsibility for decisions regarding the use of postal services in your organisation.
