Our 10th Postal & Delivery Conference brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss critical issues shaping the future of postal services and e-commerce delivery.

In this session, we explored changing market conditions where there has been a shift from letters to parcels. The speakers discussed how European regulators have adjusted the Universal Service Obligation (USO) for cost savings while ensuring user satisfaction, and that forward-looking legal frameworks are essential.

In session 2, the panel discussed sector regulators, green targets, and e-commerce sustainability. Standout points included the importance of nudging consumers toward climate-friendly choices and that metrics and indicators matter.
