Today, one of our Competition experts, Adina Claici, chairs the 89th Lunch Talk of the Global Competition Law Centre in Brussels, Belgium.
The theme of the event is “Due Process and Merger Control: UPS/TNT and beyond”. Adina will act as a moderator, stimulating a discussion around possible implications of the recent judgement annulling Commission’s Decision to prohibit the merger between UPS and TNT.
The GCLC organizes monthly lunch talks in Brussels on current topics of competition law and economics. Those lunch talks are intended to provide a discussion platform for private practitioners and competition officials.
