Today, the Market Court issued its decision in a case between the Swedish Competition Authority and Borås Kommun. Senior Economist, Karl Lundvall, contributed to the case with three expert opinions on relevant market & anti-competitive effect issues. These pieces of evidence had a decisive impact on the decision.
