Copenhagen Economics will conduct a study on strategic bidding by firms in public procurement

April 13, 2015

CE is commissioned by the Swedish Competition Authority to conduct a study on strategic bidding by firms in public procurement. Of particular interest is when such behavior leads to undesirable outcomes for the procuring agency, for instance when delivery is denied or when it becomes more costly than expected. The study is joint work with Advokatbyrån Delphi, one of the leading legal advisors in public procurement in Sweden.

A recent article (in Swedish) about the study can be read here
