Copenhagen Economics has estimated the cost of capital for broadcasting for the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency, PTS. The cost of capital is a part of the Swedish price regulation for broadcasting. The operator, Teracom, has appealed PTS’ decision on cost of capital to the county administrative court. On 27 January the court upheld the Authority’s decision on the cost of capital.
