April 13, 2015

Copenhagen Economics has analysed the competition and possibilities for competition enhancing liberalisations in the market for legal services for The Danish Bar and Law Society. However, the competition can be improved if advertising are liberalised and if education requirements, ownership requirements and exclusivity in court presentations are modified.
