April 13, 2015

The Patent Summit 2013 is a forum for executives and IP professionals to share knowledge and be updated on the latest developments in the patent world.

At the Summit, Copenhagen Economics’ IP Valuation expert Hendrik Fügemann will teach a master class titled ‘IP Valuation – licensing & litigation: Latest developments on how economics can support you’.

The Master Class will focus on:

  • How should license rates for standard-essential patents & non-standard-essential patents be determined?
  • What is a ‘willing licensee’ seen from an economic perspective?
  • What economic evidence can be given for hold-up, reverse hold-up and other antitrust concerns?

The Global Patent Forum / Patent Summit 2013 takes place 7-8 October in Stockholm.
