The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and Copenhagen Economics are pleased to host an after-work meeting on Mergers with local effects.
The past couple of years, we have seen a number of Nordic mergers with local effects. They present unique challenges for competition authorities and merging parties when analysing the effects of the mergers.
At this meeting, you will meet Francesca Sala from the British Competition & Markets Authority, presenting recent cases investigated by the CMA; and Roar Gjelsvik from the Norwegian Competition Authority, presenting the recent Norwegian Coop/Ica case.
The events takes place 27 January at Copenhagen Economics’ premises in Copenhagen.
