Copenhagen Economics and Plougmann & Vingtoft invite to a breakfast seminar on the legal and economic consequences of the unitary patent and the unified patent court.
Regardless of the outcome of the Danish Referendum 25 May, the new unitary patent and the unified patent court are about to enter into force. Along with the specialised IP consulting firm, Plougmann & Vingtoft, we will present and discuss how this will affect Danish firms and industries.
Senior Economist Hendrik Fügemann will focus on the economic aspects and consequences, the introduction of the new patenting may have for firms; and on which merits decisions should be based under this new system from an economic and financial perspective.
The breakfast seminar takes place 24 March 9-11.30 at Plougmann & Vingtoft’s premises in Copenhagen.
