Copenhagen Economics and LETT law firm organise a course on damages for competition law infringements.
Damage claims involve significant opportunities and risks. Is your company ready to secure its claims before the evidence disappears? And is your company prepared to stand up against unjustified claims?
At the course, we will go through the European Commission’s new guidelines on quantification of harm as well as the proposed directive on action for damages.
The course will be taught by specialists from Copenhagen Economics and LETT law firm, and is designed for in-house lawyers and other practitioners within competition law. Note, that the course meets the Ministry of Justice’ rules for mandatory postgraduate training and is equivalent to three lessons. A course certificate will be issued upon completion of the course.
Practicalities:
- The course takes place 23 October 2013 at LETT’s premises in Copenhagen.
- The course will be in Danish.
- Participation is free of charge.
- Please register no later than 18 October by email to Marianne Roest Hansen.
