Copenhagen Economics has conducted a study on the link between competition policy and economic growth for the European Parliament.
The study is based on ten case studies of practical application of competition instruments in various sectors and focusses on the contribution from these instruments to achieve the goals of the EU 2020 Strategy.
The main conclusion is that competition policy contributes significantly to the EU 2020 Strategy and to economic growth.
