New study: New framework for understanding behavioural market failures

Together with iNudgeyou, Copenhagen Economics has developed a behavioural framework that targets consumer inactivity based on a new concept of behavioural market failures.

Focusing on the type of transaction instead of products and markets, the framework is the first of its kind to identify behavioural problems and solutions that present across all types of markets.
