On July 1, AGCOM, the Italian communications regulator, published an interim report defining as much as 12 separate (and rather narrow) relevant markets for parcel delivery services in Italy. Although preliminary, this decision will likely attract the interest of both regulators and delivery operators across Europe who seek the answer to questions about market definition and dominance.
