TALENT DEVELOPMENT

We want to attract and develop world-class employees, and want Copenhagen Economics to be a great place to work. Our career path helps us to focus on good talent development and make our company vision come true.

We value diversity and capitalise on what is unique about each of us by building on what we do best to advance as much as possible. Therefore, we invest in the development of our employees; from young talent to world-class economics experts.

We acknowledge that there are many ways to create value for our clients. Some ways are easy to measure and some are not. Therefore, the career path incorporates both performance indicators and individual development.

The career path consists of six levels. A student level, two levels for juniors, two levels for seniors, and a partner level. We want our employees to advance their careers and develop themselves in a role and direction where their strengths come to the fore.

In the above video, Partner Julia Wahl explains how we nurture talent at CE to ensure that everyone get exposed to the knowledge and expertise of senior members.

This approach fosters a culture where questions can be asked, feedback given and lessons can be learned from colleagues with many years of top-level consulting experience.
