Do you want to work with the best economists in the Nordics within the field of IP Valuation & Transfer Pricing?

We are currently looking for a talented analyst with excellent economic skills to join our IP Valuation & Transfer Pricing team in Stockholm. We are renowned for providing our international clients with impactful advice. This includes applying state-of-the-art economic models for valuations of intellectual property, intangible assets, services, and functions, e.g., the determination of license fees for intangibles and services, analyses of portfolio valuations for settlements, design and documentation of transfer pricing systems, post-merger integration, business restructurings, and the transfer of functions.

What we offer you

Working with us, you will enable our clients to make better strategic decisions by providing advice on e.g., how to mirror the company’s strategy in the (transfer pricing) value chain, how to design worldwide transfer pricing systems, how to determine intercompany prices for intangibles (e.g., trademarks, technologies, know-how), services, goods, and financial transactions. Your work will help them to defend their cases against authorities and other public bodies.

What we are looking for

You are intellectually curious, driven, and a humble team player. You enjoy working with people and data. We also expect you to have:

  • A Master’s degree in Economicsor Finance.
  • An interest in valuation issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a high level of English proficiency.

Preferably, you also have:

  • Education/study or working experience outside Sweden.
  • Additional language capabilities in e.g., Spanish, German or Swedish.
  • Strong knowledge of business administration and / or international tax.

As you will work with critical client assignments where you will be encouraged to contribute to increased customer satisfaction, it is important that you also like a delivery-oriented environment where you can adopt an analytical and strategic approach.
