Copenhagen Economics is looking for an office assistant for the office management team 32 hours a week to handle practical and administrative tasks at our Stockholm office. You will collaborate with the rest of the office management team across four countries: Sweden, Finland, Belgium, and Denmark. The start date is as soon as possible.

The Business Support Team (BST), of which you will be a part, comprises approximately 20 people from our functional units namely: Communications, Finance, Office Management, and People. Tasked with delivering high-quality strategic support across the company, the BST members are spread across our four locations and collaborate to maximise our resources and find more streamlined ways of working.

As an office assistant, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and be responsible for the functionality and appearance of the Stockholm office with 15+ colleagues, located in the heart of Gamla Stan. In collaboration with the rest of the office management team, you will play an important role in supporting the business and the colleagues and creating a good employee workplace experience.
You will report to the office manager, who is located at our Copenhagen office with 60+ colleagues.
