We are looking for a People Assistant to help us ensure we deliver high quality in executing various day-to-day tasks, events and projects.
At Copenhagen Economics you will meet a team of highly skilled economists working together to combine hard facts and clear stories to help our clients make better choices in their political and commercial reality.
In Business Support, we are a dedicated team of around 15 people working with HR, Communications, Finance & Office Management who strive to deliver high quality solutions and processes that supports the strategy of the company. While we are spread out across our 4 locations, we collaborate cross-country to streamline ways of working.
As People Assistant, you will get exposed to a broad scope of HR (what we call People at CE) topics, ranging from recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues, to training and development. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the People team to ensure we deliver high-quality in everything we do.
Working with us, you will be a part of a dynamic and international environment with colleagues who take pride in the work they do. We have an informal tone and put great emphasis on having a challenging and fun working day. You will be based in Copenhagen and report to our People Operations Manager.
You have a key interest in learning ways of working within HR and enjoy being exposed to a broad variety of tasks. You are highly organized by nature, detail-oriented, and will seek to help the rest of the team deliver according to deadlines. You consistently strive to find more efficient ways of doing things.
You are a true team player and will support the implementation- or development of other projects outside your own responsibilities. You are open-minded, curious by nature and keen to understand the different cultures of our international firm. You are easily approachable with the courage to state your opinion on the matter at hand, and you are also able to accept different points of view.
Please send your application, including CV, cover letter, academic transcripts, and other relevant material no later than December 27th, 2022. In your motivational letter, please elaborate on why you would like to work with us and why you believe you would make a good fit for the role and our team. We respond to all applicants and successful candidates will be called for interviews on an ongoing basis.
