We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to support our ambitious strategy by delivering on employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding activities.

To meet our obligations, we now employ 100 employees working across our offices in Brussels, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm.

The Business Support Team (BST), of which you will be a part, comprises approximately 20 people working with the People Team, communications, finance and office management departments. Tasked with delivering high-quality strategic support across the company, the BST is spread out across our four locations and collaborates actively to maximise our resources and find more streamlined ways of working.

Your role is to ensure we attract the best of the best in our industry and across our services. Doing this, you will drive efficient recruitment and onboarding processes in close collaboration with the rest of your People Team colleagues.

While most of our People Team is located in Copenhagen, you may be based at any one of our four office locations.

Your tasks include:

  • Overseeing the beginning-to-end recruitment process from attraction to final hire, including:
    • Coordinating recruitment needs with business unit heads;
    • Sourcing;
    • Training and advising hiring managers on how to master interview techniques and optimise the selection process;
    • Running interviews together with the hiring managers;
    • Testing;
    • Negotiating with candidates
  • Further developing our approach to onboarding and optimising processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues in collaboration with our People Operations Manager and People Coordinator.
  • Further developing and executing our employer branding activities in collaboration with our Communications Team and the business to ensure we are known in the right places across Europe.
  • Collaborating with our People Operations Manager on our mobility strategy and associated processes to ensure these are aligned with our international ambitions.
  • Contributing to other People Team projects, depending on your background and interests.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

You should have a key interest in recruitment and people. You approach every conversation and interview with a high level of dynamism and interest in the individual. You draw energy from creating efficient processes. You are a true team player and will support the development and implementation of other People Team projects separate from your own responsibilities. You are open-minded, curious by nature and keen to understand the different cultures of our international organisation. You are approachable, and collaborative and have the conviction to state your own opinion while being able to accept different points of view.

To be successful in the role, we believe that you need to have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a professional capacity within recruitment, preferably from working in professional service firms, consulting companies or similar, where you have fulfilled specialist roles.
  • Experience with miscellaneous interview techniques (phone, video and in-person), candidate screening and evaluation. Ideally, you also have experience with the LinkedIn recruiter tool.
  • A relevant academic background within, for example, HRM (master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to challenge assumptions and decisions to drive the right discussions.
  • Experience with employer branding, preferably including social media and professional networks.
  • Some experience with onboarding and creating smooth processes for new joiners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • An insight into diversity and bias in recruitment or an interest in learning about these areas.
