As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will get the opportunity to have a direct impact on our recruitment and onboarding agenda. Your role is to ensure we attract the best of the best in our industry and across our services. Doing this, you will drive efficient recruitment and onboarding processes in close collaboration with the rest of your People Team colleagues.

We have an informal tone and put great emphasis on having a challenging and rewarding working day. As Talent Attraction Specialist, you will have an opportunity to influence this climate and make your mark to ensure we have the right working atmosphere in place to help our people and their skills to grow.

While most of our People Team is located in Copenhagen, you may be based at any one of our four office locations.

Your tasks include:

  • Collaborating with our People Operations Manager on our mobility strategy and associated processes to ensure these are aligned with our international ambitions.
  • Contributing to other People Team projects, depending on your background and interests.

You should have a key interest in recruitment and people. You approach every conversation and interview with a high level of dynamism and interest in the individual. You draw energy from creating efficient processes. You are a true team player and will support the development and implementation of other People Team projects separate from your own responsibilities. You are open-minded, curious by nature and keen to understand the different cultures of our international organisation. You are approachable, and collaborative and have the conviction to state your own opinion while being able to accept different points of view.

To be successful in the role, we believe that you need to have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a professional capacity within recruitment, preferably from working in professional service firms, consulting companies or similar, where you have fulfilled specialist roles.
