We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support both our Managing Partner who oversees the daily management of the organisation and the Business Unit Head of our largest department. The start date is as soon as possible.

Tasked with delivering high-quality strategic support across the company, the BST is spread across our four locations and collaborates actively to maximise our resources and find more streamlined ways of working.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

As a Personal Assistant (PA), you will have a trusted and central role, working closely with our Managing Partner and supporting him in making the best use of his time. You will also support another Partner, who leads our biggest business unit, called Market, with approximately 50 people. You will act as a liaison between the two Partners’ teams of consultants and with the rest of the Partners and our BST.

While our Managing Partner is based in Copenhagen and the other Partner whom you will support is based in Helsinki, our hybrid working culture allows you to work from any of our four office locations (Brussels, Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Stockholm). You will report to our Chief Operating Officer, who is based in Stockholm. Your tasks will be:

  • Managing the calendars for the Managing Partner and the Business Unit Head for Market.
  • Preparing meetings for the Managing Partner (meeting materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and agendas), liaising with meeting participants before meetings, and following up on actions from these.
  • Supporting the Managing Partner in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating team activities and planning internal meetings.
  • Handling various administrative tasks, such as invoices and expenses.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

You have several years of experience as a PA to senior management for an international business, preferably a consultancy. You have a good overview and are proactive in planning, and you understand that discretion and confidentiality are key in the role of a PA. You like working in an international environment, and you speak and write English fluently. As a person, you are highly service-minded, independent and flexible, with a can-do attitude. You can stay cool and maintain an overview on a busy day. You thrive on feedback and seek to deliver outstanding quality in everything you do. Others experience you as professional in both your communication style and your approach.
