Hendrik is the Partner in charge of our Transfer Pricing and Valuation services at Copenhagen Economics. He advises private companies, law firms, and multinational groups on complex economic questions across transfer pricing, asset valuation, and disputes. For more than 15 year, Hendrik has advised globally on transfer pricing and valuation matters and has been appointed as expert witness in arbitration and litigation processes across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.
Concretely in Transfer Pricing, Hendrik supports clients in designing and defending intercompany remuneration models for services, intangibles, and other complex assets. He regularly guides companies through audits, controversies, and dispute processes, ensuring compliance with OECD standards and local requirements.
In Valuation, he works across the full spectrum of assets and investment types. This includes company and share valuations, valuations of asset groups and investment portfolios, and analyses of individual assets such as intellectual property, financial instruments, and complex technologies. In the field of IP valuation, Hendrik has extensive experience, supporting clients in litigation, transactions, tax matters, and strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining CE, Hendrik worked in transfer pricing and valuation in Frankfurt, Germany.
