Managing Partner of Copenhagen Economics and a member of the Board (has been with CE since 2004). Henrik is also partner in charge of four services areas: Postal & Delivery, Tender & Auction Support, Competition (DK & NO), & CENR (Climate, Energy and Natural Resources).
Henrik has extensive international experience working on large competition and dispute cases. He is an expert in applied microeconomics and helping clients create sound regulation that improves their framework conditions (developing strategies and arguing and documenting cases). He has worked on some of the largest spectrum auctions in Europe and with many of the leading postal operators and delivery companies and authorities in the world.
Henrik has given expert testimony before courts and tribunals in several jurisdictions, including ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes), Denmark, Norway, Sweden. He also has extensive experience serving as an expert witness and has been appointed Expert Assessor at The Danish Maritime and Commercial Court.
Henrik has published several books, book chapters, and articles in peer reviewed journals (topics: economics of cooperatives, contract, and incentive design).
He has also been listed on the Global Competition Review’s Who’s Who of Competition Economists.
