Henrik is the Managing Partner of Copenhagen Economics and a member of the board. He is the partner in charge of four services areas: postal and delivery, tender and auction support, competition (DK & NO), and CENR (climate, energy and natural resources).
Henrik uses his expertise in applied microeconomics to advise clients on creating sound regulation and improving their framework conditions. He has extensive international experience working on large competition and dispute cases, helping clients develop their strategy as well as argue and document cases.
Henrik has participated in major spectrum auctions in Europe and collaborated with top postal operators, delivery firms, and global authorities. He provides expert testimony in various jurisdictions and serves as an Expert Assessor at The Danish Maritime and Commercial Court.
He has published several books, book chapters, and articles in peer reviewed journals on the following topics: the economics of cooperatives, contract, and incentive design. Henrik has also been listed on the Global Competition Review’s Who’s Who of Competition Economists.
