Markus Canny


Markus Canny works within the fields of IP Valuation & Transfer pricing. He supports clients in structuring and defending customised transfer pricing (TP) systems for intercompany remuneration systems, which comply with the latest OECD guidelines as well as local transfer pricing regulations. Markus assists in conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to support clients with economic evidence for use in IP disputes, as well as for strategic purposes.

Furthermore, Markus has been involved in benchmarking analyses of services and financial transactions in the telecom, real estate and fintech industries, and in the valuation of physical and intangible assets for tax purposes.
