Nathalie Sommar Lindskog helps clients solve economic issues related to transfer pricing (TP) and intellectual property (IP) valuation. She has experience in designing and developing customised transfer pricing systems for intercompany remuneration structures, which comply with the latest OECD guidelines as well as local transfer pricing regulations and the pricing of intercompany financial transactions.
Nathalie has assisted in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to support clients with economic evidence for use in IP disputes and litigations, as well as for strategic purposes. She has supported companies operating in various industries, including biotechnology, e-commerce, telecommunication, transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Nathalie has also been involved in benchmarking analyses of services and financial transactions in the telecom and transportation industries, and in the valuation of physical and intangible assets for tax purposes.
Prior to joining Copenhagen Economics, Nathalie worked as a Bank Clerk at Svenska Handelsbanken. She holds an MSc in Business and Economics and an MSc in Economics from Linnaeus University.
