Original title: Væksteffekter af Copenhagen Film Fund 2013-2017

Copenhagen Film Fund is a business foundation with the clearly defined purpose of attracting international and larger Danish film- and TV-productions to the capital region of Denmark, creating jobs and growth.

Copenhagen Economics assisted the Film Fund in estimating the effects of its investments in the period 2013-2017. In the period 2013-2015, we find that each DKK spent by the Copenhagen Film Fund supports a GNI-contribution of 3.3-5.7 DKK, and in the period 2016-2017 each DKK spent supports a GNI-contribution of 3.6-6.3 DKK. The fund has thus supported a GNI contribution of 33-58m DKK per year in the period 2013-2015, but this number has increased to 53-92m DKK per year in the period 2016-2017.
