She has extensive experience in valuation matters, advising clients on company, share, and intellectual property valuations for mergers & acquisitions, transfer pricing, and strategic decision‑making.

From providing economic expert support in valuation‑related disputes to determining and defending arm’s length prices for services, IP, and financial transactions, Charlotta helps clients navigate some of the most technical aspects of valuation and transfer pricing. She also advises on State aid–related matters, including funding‑gap assessments and assessments of the market‑conformity of financial contributions.
