Baltic competition law: An overview of EU and national case law

In our latest article for Concurrences’ e-Competitions Bulletin, we discuss the main developments in competition law enforcement across the Baltics over the past year.

New tendencies in the competition and merger space

We observe an increasing role of economics in competition enforcement across the Baltic states, as evidenced by recent casework of national competition authorities, insights from leading practitioners in the field, and the increased analytical capacity within these authorities. However, we also note that certain cases demonstrate the opportunity for further economic analysis.
