Maxime helps clients by applying economics to develop expert evidence in competition disputes, as well as financial litigation and commercial arbitration.

On the competition side, he has experience preparing economic analysis and expert reports in complex competition litigation matters, including opt-out class actions in various jurisdictions. His work includes assessing economic harm, and the quantification of damages in claims arising from alleged competition law infringements.

On the commercial side, he has prepared economic analysis and expert evidence for major international arbitration forums, including ICC and UNCITRAL, as well as cases before the High Court of Justice in London and the Maritime and Commercial High Court of Denmark.

Across his competition and commercial work, he has advised clients across various sectors including the digital services, financial services, energy, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Copenhagen Economics, Maxime worked as a financial economist at a boutique firm in London. He holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
