As the Head of People at Copenhagen Economics, Stine leads the firm’s people strategy and oversees the full employee lifecycle across all offices. She works closely with the COO, to ensure that CE attracts, develops, and retains top economic talent and that employees thrive in a high‑performance, collaborative environment.

Stine drives key people‑focused initiatives, including leadership development, performance and assessment processes, capability building, and organisational culture. She supports leaders across the company in developing their teams, strengthening feedback practices, and ensuring consistent, fair, and transparent ways of working. Her role is central to maintaining CE’s standards for people excellence.
