Charlotta leads our valuation and transfer pricing services. She has significant experience in valuation matters, including providing economic expert support in valuation-related disputes and valuing companies, shares, or intellectual property (IP) for M&A, transfer pricing, or strategic purposes.
She also supports clients by determining and defending arm’s length prices for services, IP, and financing transactions globally for transfer pricing purposes. Additionally, Charlotta provides economic and financial advice on state-aid related matters, such as funding-gap assessments and determining the market-conformity of financial contributions.
