Maxime Rapoport

Lead Economist

Maxime Rapoport helps clients by applying economic principles to establish assessment frameworks for evaluating fault impacts. Prior to joining Copenhagen Economics, he worked as a Financial Economist at a boutique firm in London.

Maxime has experience in preparing economic analysis and expert reports for major international arbitration forums (including the ICC and under UNCITRAL rules) as well as for the High Court of Justice related cases in London. Maxime has assisted clients in different industries including energy, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and in diverse contexts such as contentious restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, contract breaches, warranty breaches, and expropriation. 

Maxime holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics & Finance from the University of Bristol.
