We are looking for a full-time Workplace Coordinator for our Copenhagen office. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day functionality and appearance of the office and support the 40+ colleagues working there. In close collaboration with the colleagues in our PA and Workplace Support team, our wider Business Support team, and the Partner in charge of our Copenhagen office, you will play an important role in supporting the business and the colleagues and creating a good workplace experience.

The Business Support Team (BST), which you will be part of, comprises approximately 15 people working with Human Resources, Communications, Finance, IT, Personal Assistance and Workplace Support. Tasked with delivering high-quality support across the company, the BST is spread across our four locations (Copenhagen, Brussels, Stockholm and Helsinki) and collaborates actively to maximise our resources and find more streamlined ways of working.

As our Workplace Coordinator in the Copenhagen office, you will be exposed to a broad scope of workplace support tasks, ranging from ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment for colleagues and clients to organising both local and company-wide events.

As we are moving offices in the beginning of the summer, the role will provide plenty of opportunities to contribute to the moving process and the establishment of the new office.
You will report to our Administrative Coordinator based in Stockholm and work closely with our team of PA & Workplace Support colleagues across locations as well as with the partner in charge of our Copenhagen office.
You are approachable, solution-oriented and service-minded and you thrive in an environment where you are expected to proactively take the initiative to create the best possible office environment for your colleagues. You enjoy working on a mix of tasks where you are expected to collaborate with colleagues across different offices while also acting independently to ensure progress.
